Chris was elected to Sierra Madre City Council in 2012 for a two-year term. An active participant in the Sierra Madre community, Chris has been a part of Residents to Preserve Sierra Madre (RPSM), served as chair of the Grants Committee for the Sierra Madre Community Foundation, and also works to support the Friends of the Sierra Madre Library.
He and his wife, Halcyon, and children Dan and Katie, moved to Sierra Madre from Lakewood, CA in 1997.
A Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certificant, Chris is an Investment Advisor Representative specializing in retirement planning.
Chris is also is a principal at New Century Insurance Services, Inc. (Alhambra, CA), where he is VP of Health & Employee Benefits. At New Century, Chris works mainly in the areas of retirement plans and group medical insurance. He graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Through his work on the Council, Chris will partner with the community to retain Sierra Madre’s unique culture and heritage and to leave our children and grandchildren an economically stable city.
