Agendas for upcoming meetings of the City Council and all City Commissions are legally posted at least 72-hours in advance on the outside bulletin boards at City Hall and the Sierra Madre Public Library and in the kiosk in Kersting Court.

A copy of the upcoming packet for the City Council and the Planning Commission meetings are available to view during regular business hours at City Hall and the Library. City Council and the Planning Commission meeting packets going back 12 months may be used inside the Library. Seven days after most Council meetings, a DVD is available for a 3-day loan with a valid Sierra Madre Public Library card.
