The Environmental Programs Division of the Sierra Madre Public Works Department seeks to educate, encourage, and promote environmental awareness to residents, businesses, and schools in the City of Sierra Madre.
By doing this, the Environmental Programs Division teaches the community about the 4 R's (Reduce, Re-use, Recycle, and Re-buy), storm drain pollution prevention, water conservation, energy conservation and a variety of other environmental awareness programs.
