The Sierra Madre Fire Department is currently recruiting for the position of Volunteer Firefighter. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates from a California Accredited Fire Academy to receive volunteer "on-the-job" training and experience and Firefighter 1 certification.

Applications can be submitted by visiting the City of Sierra Madre's Job Postings page. The deadline for applications is Friday, May 12th. A mandatory written exam will be held on Monday, May 22nd for potential recruits.
