The State of California requires all dogs age 4 months and older to be licensed. Pasadena Humane handles animal control & dog licenses in Sierra Madre. Sierra Madre residents can license their dogs utilizing the online form on the Pasadena Humane website. Forms are also available at Sierra Madre City Hall, located at 232 W. Sierra Madre Blvd.
