The State of California requires all dogs age 4 months and older to be licensed. The Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA handles animal control & dog licenses in Sierra Madre. Sierra Madre residents can register their dogs utilizing the form on the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA website. Forms are also available at Sierra Madre City Hall, located at 232 W. Sierra Madre Blvd.
